This morning at @selamatpagimalaysia with @gohliuying sharing the challenges that athlete face and what's next for us in year 2021.

We have to be mentally strong and be prepared all the time living in this pandemic time.

Listen to what she shared on her experience competing in Bangkok, Thailand last month was indeed challenging.

I am wishing her all the best on qualifying into @tokyo2020 together with her partner, Peng Soon and give their best effort for it.

In the time of adversity, we must stay strong, support each other and follow SOPs.

This pandemic allow us, athlete to have time and energy to find our why, looking back on why we choose to be an athlete, to be in this sport, in this path. Discover the why also allow us to ignite the passion and the love towards the sport or to be it on anything you want to do or want to achieve in life.

"Every pro was once an amateur." We must have the curiousity by involving ourself on it, participating on it, learning from it, and to be better, brighter eventually.

These are the fundamental that I discovered and training for it will then become an automated response.

Tap into the subconsciousness is another level into the sport. That will be a whole new level to progress myself on it.
